If you use wireless Internet for hours at a time, this fixed-rate plan offers great value. For just $79.99 a month, you get unlimited access to the Express Networksm for your wireless data needs. Your voice and data usage off the Express Network (e.g., Quick 2 Net) will be $0.25 per minute throughout the home airtime rate area and $0.69 per minute in the roaming area. Or, you can add Unlimited Express Network to most Verizon Wireless digital calling plans and your voice and other data use will be charged at your digital calling plan rates.

These plans charge by the amount of Express Networksm data you use and are ideal if your Express Networksm usage is relatively constant each month. Express Network Megabyte allowances start at 10 MB for just $35 monthly access.

What is a Megabyte?
Express Networksm Megabyte Plans give you allowances of Express Network data each month. For your reference, 1 MB = 1024 KB, approximately the size of a typical 20-page PowerPoint presentation. See below for other sizes.

Roaming Indicator: When your phone's roaming indicator light is off and/or the banner display reads "Verizon Wireless Network", home airtime rates apply. Digital features and services, including national mobile to mobile, are available when your digital indicator is on.

When the roaming indicator light is flashing and/or the banner display reads "Extended Network", home airtime rates still apply. National mobile to mobile and some other features and services may not be available.

When the roaming indicator light is solid and/or the banner display reads "Roaming", roaming rates apply. National mobile to mobile and other features and services may not be available.
 

Important Information
Subject to terms and conditions of Customer Agreement. Rates based on use of phone as programmed by Verizon Wireless. We may change your phone software over the air without notice. Digital service and features not available in all areas. Service can be intercepted by individuals with certain equipment. Security limitations apply. Rates do not apply to credit card or operator assistance calls, which may be required in certain areas. Usage is rounded to next full minute, so allowance may vary. Charges begin when you press "SEND" or "CONNECT" button, or upon connection to system. On incoming calls, charges may begin prior to device ringing and before you press "SEND" to receive call. Charges end when disconnected from system, which may be a few seconds after you press "END" or "DISCONNECT" button. Calls to certain fax/data modems incur charges, though it may sound as if call was unanswered. Charges apply on calls to toll-free numbers. Express Network data session automatically terminates after 5 minutes of inactivity, Express Network data session automatically terminates after 24 hours of activity. Data session is inactive when no data is being transferred. Data session may seem inactive while data is actively being transferred to device, or may seem active when it is actually cached and not transferring data. You MUST press or click "END" or "DISCONNECT" button to ensure that session disconnects and charges cease. Express Network data session may automatically reinitiate without you pressing or clicking "SEND" or "Connect" button if you have not terminated your session by pressing or clicking "END" or "Disconnect" button. You may be able to send or receive voice call when Express Network data session is inactive. When this occurs, charges apply simultaneously for voice call in accordance with Calling Plan. Toll, taxes and surcharges, including Federal Universal Service and Regulatory Fee resulting from our costs of Federal Government assessments, apply and are in addition to rate set forth in Calling Plan. Billing, shipping, and end-user address must be within Verizon Wireless licensed and service area where wireless device number is issued. Verizon Wireless calling areas, rates, agreement provisions, procedures, and policies are subject to change as specified in Customer Agreement.

 

Unlimited Express Network: Express Network data sessions may be used with wireless devices for following purposes: (i) Internet browsing; (ii) e-mail; and (iii) intranet access (including access to corporate intranets, e-mail and individual productivity applications like customer relationship management, sales force and field service automation). Unlimited Express Network cannot be used with server devices or with host computer applications. Examples of such prohibited uses include, without limitation, web camera posts or broadcasts, continuous jpeg file transfers, automatic data feeds, telemetry applications, automated functions or any other machine-to-machine applications. Such data sessions cannot be used as substitute for private lines or frame relay connections. Express Network data session automatically terminates after 2 hours of inactivity. "Always On" capabilities and static Internet Protocol addresses are not available. We reserve right to deny or terminate service, without notice, to anyone who uses Express Network in any manner prohibited above or whose usage adversely impacts our network or service levels. We also reserve right to terminate service upon expiration of Customer Agreement.

 

Express Network Megabyte Plans: Megabyte allowance and charges for kilobytes over the monthly allowance apply to Express Network data usage; all other usage charged in accordance with calling plan. Express Network data usage is rounded to next full kilobyte at end of each billing cycle. Only total of kilobytes transmitted above allowance each billing cycle may appear on bill. You are responsible for all charges, including all data sent and received and "overhead" whether or not you or your recipients actually receive the data. Overhead is all data that is in addition to user-transmitted data, such as control, operational and routing instructions, error-checking characters as well as retransmissions of user-data messages that are received in error. Any unused portion of the megabyte allowance is lost. Express Network data-capable tri-mode equipment with updated software is required. Customers must dial *228 to activate on or migrate to the Express Network Megabyte Calling Plans and to update their PRL to receive proper notification. Equipment will not indicate kilobyte usage.

 

Express Network Calling Plans: Unused airtime minutes are lost. Airtime minutes are not transferable. You will see 777-000-0001 in dialed digits column of bill for Express Network data sessions. Express Network data session automatically terminates after 5 minutes of inactivity. During data session, if you travel outside Express Network area, or connection is otherwise unavailable, but you continue with session after returning within five minutes, you will be billed for entire length of data session.
